At Siesta Golf Co, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make the return and refund process clear and straightforward. This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made within the United States.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a return or refund.
Once a return request is approved, customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and sending it back according to the provided instructions. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges may be offered for eligible items, subject to product availability. Please note that final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
